Terms and Conditions

Abbelo is run by Abbelo LLC, a company based in Arizona. These terms are the agreement between you and us about how you can use the app.

When you create an account or use Abbelo in any way, you're agreeing to these rules and to our Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement.

If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use Abbelo.

You can create an account with the sign-in methods Abbelo currently supports. Keep your sign-in information private. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Please keep your account details accurate so we can reach you about security or important service changes. Do not use another person's account or create accounts to evade limits or these terms.

Abbelo lets you create or sign in to an account, chat with Abbelo by text, use Notes, explore Programs, save Program progress, and manage the profile and settings the app supports.

Abbelo also offers a paid Pro subscription through Stripe. Features may change as Abbelo improves. A feature only becomes part of the service when it works in the app.

New accounts start with 30 free days. After that, you can choose a monthly or yearly Pro subscription. The price and billing period are shown before you pay.

Stripe handles checkout and payment details. Abbelo keeps the Stripe IDs and subscription status needed to give you access, but Abbelo does not store your full card number.

A Pro subscription renews until you cancel it. You can use the Stripe billing page linked from Abbelo to update payment details or cancel.

We add, change, and retire features over time as the app improves. We may also set reasonable limits to keep the service running well for everyone.

You keep ownership of the content you put into Abbelo, including your chat messages, Notes, and profile information.

You give Abbelo permission to store, copy, display, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You can change or remove content where the current app provides that control. For requests the app cannot handle during the reset, contact support.

Programs and other material provided by Abbelo or its licensors remain theirs. Using Abbelo does not give you permission to copy, resell, or republish that material outside the service.

Abbelo uses an AI model to generate chat responses. AI can misunderstand you, make mistakes, or give incomplete information. Check important information yourself and do not treat Abbelo as therapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or an emergency service.

Do not use Abbelo to break the law, harass, threaten, or harm anyone, share sexual content involving minors, impersonate someone else, spam, or scrape, disrupt, or overload the service. Do not try to bypass security or access another person's account or private information.

Do not upload content you don't have the rights to.

If you break these rules, we may warn you, remove access to a feature, suspend your account, or close it, depending on what happened.

If it is serious, or it keeps happening, we may close your account without warning. Self-service account deletion is unavailable during the backend reset. Contact support@abbelo.com if you want to make an account request.

Abbelo is provided to you as it is and as it is available. We can't promise the app will always be available, free of bugs, or fit for a particular purpose, and we disclaim those warranties to the fullest extent the law allows.

Abbelo is a tool for learning and growth. It's not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice.

What you get out of Abbelo depends on the effort and honesty you bring to it.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Abbelo LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential harms such as lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities arising from your use of the app.

If we're found liable for anything anyway, the most we would ever owe you in total is the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that led to the claim.

If someone else brings a claim against Abbelo LLC because of content you posted, something you did with the app, or because you broke these terms, you agree to defend us and cover the costs that result, including reasonable legal fees.

We may update these terms as the app evolves and as the law changes.

When we make a significant change, we'll email you or post a notice inside the app before it takes effect.

Continuing to use Abbelo after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Before starting any formal dispute, you agree to email us first at support@abbelo.com and to try in good faith to resolve it for at least 30 days. If we still can't agree, both sides agree to settle the dispute through binding private arbitration in Arizona rather than in court, and you agree not to participate in a class action against us.

Either side may still go to court for matters involving intellectual property, such as the misuse of copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets.
