These terms govern your use of Abbelo LLC’s app. By creating an account or using Abbelo, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. Do not use Abbelo if you disagree.
Keep your account details current and your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity through your account. Do not use someone else’s account or create accounts to avoid rules or limits.
You can use Abbelo to talk through your goals, learn from Guides, and save your work. Available features and plan requirements appear in the app. We may change features or set usage limits. Planned features are not guaranteed. The Usage page explains credits and limits.
New accounts receive 30 free days. The plans are Starter, Pro, and Max. Prices, credits, and billing periods appear before payment. Older yearly plans retain their original terms. A paid plan renews on its own until you cancel. Manage payment details or cancel renewal through the app’s billing link. Changes take effect when Stripe confirms them; your plan status and confirmed paid period determine when access ends. Stripe handles payments. We do not store your full card number. For billing or refund requests, email support@abbelo.com. Your legal rights remain unchanged.
You keep your rights to the messages, files, Notes, profile details, and Guide content you add. You permit us to store, copy, display, and process this work only as needed to run, protect, and improve Abbelo, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only upload or publish material you have permission to use and share. Using a Guide does not make your private work public or let you copy, sell, or publish someone else’s material outside Abbelo. Abbelo and other owners retain their rights.
Creating Guides in Studio requires a paid plan. Free Guides do not require payment setup. Abbelo’s own Guides are free. Paid sales require availability, completed Stripe setup, and acceptance of the seller terms. For new sales, creators receive 90%; Abbelo keeps 10% and pays Stripe processing fees from its share. Existing sales retain their accepted fee terms. Guide purchases are separate from your Abbelo plan. Checkout shows one-time or recurring charges. Manage recurring purchases in Settings → Guide purchases. Earnings do not confirm a bank payout; check Stripe for payout status.
AI can make mistakes. Check important facts before acting. Abbelo is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice, and is not an emergency service.
Do not use Abbelo for illegal activity, harm, threats, harassment, sexual content involving anyone under 18, impersonation, spam, or unauthorized use of private data or copyrighted material. Do not scrape data, bypass security, or disrupt the service.
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or close accounts that break these terms, without warning for serious or repeated violations. To delete your account, use Delete account in Settings. We may verify your identity. Our Privacy Policy explains retained records. For help, email hello@abbelo.com.
Abbelo is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties about its quality or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, suitability for every need, or personal outcomes. Your non-waivable legal rights remain unchanged.
To the extent permitted by law, Abbelo LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, data, or opportunities. Our total liability for all claims is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. These limits do not affect rights or duties that cannot legally be limited.
You agree to defend Abbelo LLC and pay resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees, for third-party claims arising from content you posted, your use of Abbelo, or your breach of these terms.
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email or in the app before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
Arizona law governs these terms, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Before a formal claim, contact support@abbelo.com; both parties agree to try to resolve it in good faith for at least 30 days. Unresolved disputes go to binding private arbitration in Arizona, rather than a court or jury. You agree not to bring or join a class action. Either party may still bring court claims concerning copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets.
