Abbelo helps you work toward goals you choose. These policies explain how to use Abbelo responsibly and respect the people, work, and information connected to it.
They apply to your account, conversations, Notes, profile, friend requests, and any content you contribute through Abbelo, including Programs and Studio. Read them alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Do not use Abbelo to harass, threaten, exploit, or harm someone. Do not encourage violence or abuse, or promote suicide, self-harm, or disordered eating.
Do not create or share sexual content involving minors, or use Abbelo to exploit or endanger a child.
You can discuss difficult experiences and ask for support. Discussing a problem is different from encouraging harm.
Do not access someone else's account, impersonate another person, or collect or share private information without permission or another lawful basis.
Only share information you are entitled to use. Do not pressure someone to reveal their private conversations, Notes, goals, or progress. Creating a Program does not give its creator permission to access a member's private work.
Only upload, publish, or share material you have the right to use. Respect copyrights, trademarks, and other people's work.
Do not use Abbelo for fraud, scams, spam, or misleading claims about your identity, qualifications, products, or results.
If you contribute Program material, describe it accurately. Do not present invented evidence, testimonials, or guaranteed personal outcomes as fact.
AI responses can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Check important information before acting on it.
Abbelo supports learning and growth. It does not replace therapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency services. Do not use its responses as a substitute for qualified help when you need it.
Do not use Abbelo for unlawful activities. Do not scrape, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service, or try to bypass security, access controls, or usage limits.
Keep your sign-in information private. Do not use another person's account or create accounts to avoid restrictions.
If you believe someone is misusing Abbelo, or you have a question about these policies, email support@abbelo.com. Include enough information to explain the concern, and avoid sending unnecessary private information.
As described in our Terms and Conditions, violations may lead to a warning, restricted feature access, suspension, or account closure. Serious or repeated violations may result in closure without warning.
